  • The Shillito’s Elves

    The Elves will be on display in the windows of The Foundry along Fifth Street from Friday, Nov. 24, 2023, to Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2024. Though they can be seen 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, they are only animated at the following times: • Mon. – Fri.: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. & 4 p.m. – 9 p.m. • Sat. & Sun.: 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.

  • New Year’s Eve Blast

    New Year's Eve Blast | Sunday, Dec. 31, 6 PM - 1 AM Ring in the New Year in the heart of downtown with Fountain Square's New Year's Eve Blast, Friday, December 31 | 6:00pm - 12:30a! Party on the plaza or celebrate on the ice - either way, Fountain Square is the place to be this New Year's Eve. Enjoy a live DJ from 6p-12:30a. We're doubling the firework fun: our Kids Countdown is at 8p (after the Bengals game) and the Midnight Countdown starts at 12a. Jay Kruz from Mix 94.9 is back hosting the event, and Fountain Bar will be open with concessions and drink specials. The UC Health Ice Rink, presented by Fifth Third Bank will be open throughout the entire party, $10 admission includes skate rental. Cashless payments only, no reservations. Thank you to altafiber, La Marca Prosecco, and  Mix 94.9 for sponsoring our New Year's Eve fun! Events at Fountain Square are sponsored by Fifth Third Bank and produced by 3CDC. Fountain Square is located at 520 Vine Street in Downtown Cincinnati. Safe and secure parking is available at Fountain Square’s underground garage facility. Fountain Square offers a full-service bar with hot and cold beverages including Coca-Cola products, La Marca Prosecco, beer, wine, seltzers, hot chocolate and select spirits. No outside alcohol is permitted at the Square. Bags and coolers are subject to search. Those bringing in outside alcohol may be ticketed for open container.

  • New Year’s Eve: Ellington at 125

    Over-the-Rhine

    New Year's Eve: Ellington at 125 | Dec. 31, 8 PM JMR and The Pops ring in 2024 with the sophisticated jazz stylings of Edward “Duke” Ellington to celebrate the 125th anniversary of the legendary pianist and composers’ birth. Jazz vocalist Denzal Sinclaire will bring Ellington's lyrics to life with his velvety baritone, and dancers from Revolution Dance Theatre join in to lend their artistry to Ellington's arrangement of The Nutcracker Suite. Dust of your finest or come as you are, and get ready to swing into the new year in style with the classic and elegant sounds of “Duke.”
